The objectives are:

•    To understand the Equality Act and how it affects volunteers
•    To explore what is meant by equality and diversity
•    To be able to put into use ‘inclusion’ in support that is provided 
•    how to reduce isolation and promote inclusion

Target Audience:   Volunteers and Volunteer Co-ordinators linked to community or voluntary organisations and/or organisations who are members of HVA.

Costs: This is a FREE course for any delegate within the target audience group

This course is being run in partnership with the East Sussex County Council, and the venue costs have been waived by HVA. Please advise us as soon as you can if you have booked a space but unable to attend, so that we can make the space available to another participant. Failure to attend without notice will incur a charge of £40 per person. This charge applies to all agencies.
