Paediatric First Aid training

Essential training for groups working with children under the age of 5 years. An Emergency First Aid at Work certificate will be issued, which is valid for 3 years.

The course will include resuscitation, care of the unconscious person, dealing with choking, bleeding, burns and minor medical conditions such as concussion, asthma, heart attacks, epilepsy, diabetic emergencies. As this is based around children we may also include croup and epiglottitis. The resuscitation will be for all sizes from baby to adult and also the use of a defibrillator.

The trainer is Ann Holland Cert Ed, MSET, MITOL, MNBE, who has over 30 years experience in the field.

Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
