Social Prescribing - connecting to the right support across Hastings and St Leonards

Registration is closed for this event
Based on feedback from previous events this Locality Network Event will focus on Social Prescribing, highlighting what’s working well and the many opportunities that new navigation services, and Health and Wellbeing Hubs, offer in Hastings and St Leonards.

This event will bring together representatives from voluntary, community and statutory sector organisations to share experiences and learn about social prescribing in the community.

Together we will explore how, through our strong connections and local knowledge, we can build on what works to ensure equity of access to services, support and self-help across the locality.

There will be presentations to set the scene, a market place of local services that contribute to the Social Prescribing agenda and many opportunities to network and share information with others who have an interest in health, wellbeing and self-care.

This event is organised by Hastings Community Network and East Sussex County Council. Registration will open at 9.30am for a 10.00am start, and the event will finish at 12.30pm with networking until 1.00pm
