Part-Time Development Worker for Women's Voice

Women’s Voice is a non-profit Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) run by women for women in Hastings and St Leonards.  
Women’s Voice is now looking for a dynamic, self-motivated part-time development worker to help grow our work with women in Hastings and St Leonards. Given the nature of the work, and with regard to the Equality Act of 2010, this is post is only available to women. Applicants from the BAME community are encouraged to apply. 
The new development worker will be committed to women’s rights and enthusiastic about building and maintaining links with women in the various communities. The work will involve identifying the needs of women locally, particularly the most marginalised women, as well developing and implementing programmes and activities with and for women. The post will require excellent communication and people skills as well as good organising ability. 
The post will be based in Hastings and St Leonards. 
This is a part-time post, 15 hours a week. The contract is initially for 6 months, with a possibility of extension depending on funding.
Salary: £15 per hour.
