Croft Residents' Association
The primary aim of the Association is to organise and protect the communal parts of The Croft for the benefits of all residents, and also to protect our interests when dealing with HBC and ESCC etc. This includes elements of maintenance of the surface as well as the trees and any other issues that may arise. We also collectively pay Public Liability Insurance. We have up to 2 meetings per annum. The majority of residents are members of the Association.
AGM in May/June plus a general meeting in Autumn (usually Jenny Lind pub). There are 4 - 6 committee meetings per year in member's homes.
