The aims and activities of the International Composers Festival are to promote, support and perform the works of living composers dedicated to writing conventionally and classically composed traditional, melodic, harmonious and non-experimental Western music.
To work in collaboration with composers, professional and semi-professional musicians, singers, lyricists, soloists, ensembles, orchestras and choirs.
To attract members of the local community and to involve them in the creation and performance of new classical music.
