Grants may be made to recognised organisations and to individuals who meet the following criteria:- Beneficiaries must be under 25 years old. They must reside in the Borough of Hastings or within 5 miles of the Borough Boundary.
The main objects for which grants may be made are:- The provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure activities for those having need of such facilities by reason of their youth or social and economic circumstances and with the object of improving their condition of life. The provision and promotion of facilities for religious and social education and training.
The provision and promotion of facilities for the education and training of potential youth leaders.
