To promote the benefit of the residents of the neighbourhood. The Association shall be to associate the residents, local authorities and voluntary organisation in a common effort to improve the St Helen's area - in the interest of social welfare and to further the object of improving the conditions of life for the residents. The Association shall be non-party in politics and non-sectarian in religion.
