Mental health affects us all with one in four people in the UK experiencing mental health challenges each year and those that don’t most likely knowing somebody who has.
To support people to get well, stay well and prevent crisis, we provide a range of mental health services across Sussex.
Within East Sussex our Community Support Services (CSS) division provides a range of services, including: mental health recovery, housing related support, supported employment and peer support schemes.
Our services are holistic, person-centred and recovery-focussed. What this means is that we work with people to tailor support to enable them to manage their mental health as well as address other issues that are impacting on their happiness and wellbeing. To help develop our services to be the best they can be, we involve people with experience of mental health challenges, whose insights and expertise are invaluable
