We very much welcome new membership enquiries by 'phoning or e-mailing Bob (Within reasonable hours, obviously), and we run several public fundraising events (Rye Raft Race, for example) and twelve each of club meetings and socials every year.<br />
We raise funds directly from the general public to help deserving causes and charities, local, national, and international, and Lions Clubs International Foundation charities, promoting eyesight health and regeneration through Campaign Sight First ($400 million so far, approx.), medical research through Lions International Blood Research Appeal (LIBRA) at Kings College Hospital, London, and other organisations, youth activities and many other areas.
