MOPP is a lunch club / day centre which provides an opportunity for older people to meet and make friends, enjoy a variety of entertainment and activities (singing, dancing, interesting talks, keep fit etc.) and have a delicious and nutritious two course lunch. In addition are refreshments, quizzes, a raffle and lots of fun plus information and advice on health and other issues that affect people as they get older.
