Seaview’s Accommodation Support Service workers will work as part of an integrated team to assess the housing and resettlement needs of former rough sleepers, develop professional relationships and provide holistic tenancy sustainment support to enable them to maintain tenancies and avoid repeat homelessness.

Successful applicants will be expected to provide practical housing related support and guidance, assist with financial, housing and utility activities such as  organising administrative functions, attending, facilitating and advocating for the individual within key appointments where necessary, and liaise with partner services and agencies in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for the individual

Experience working with people experiencing homelessness and complex needs, knowledge about housing, mental health, substance use, domestic abuse and safeguarding and a proactive motivated approach are essential.
