Followi ng the approval by the Government of the Hastings Neighbourhood Board 10yr Regeneration Plan in Marc h 2026\, we are pleased to welcome Kevin Boorman\, Independent Chair of the Hastings Neighbourhood B oard\, supported by Josh Broadway\, Pride in Place Programme Manager\, to our HCN event to deliver a presentation about the community services in Hast ings where the money will be invested. There will be a Marketplace where you can bring information l eaflets etc about the work of your organisation an d the chance to network with other attendees. Ther e will also be the opportunity to take part in one of four workshops looking at partnership working\ , building trust across roles\, organisations & \; communities\, strategies for managing challenge s and different expectations\, and identifying mec hanisms for sustaining collaboration.
