Baton of Hope Tour and Celebration Event

Mr Hastings & St Leonards and HVA are bringing the Baton of Hope to Hastings on September 23rd, 2025, as part of the National Baton of Hope tour and you have the opportunity to carry the Baton on the Hastings Leg of the tour. Baton Bearers carry the Baton as a symbol of hope, togetherness solidarity and a shared purpose, whether that’s in memory of someone lost to suicide, suicide survivors or anyone who is passionate about suicide prevention. This is an opportunity to honour lives lost, raise awareness and spark conversations.

Watch the Baton of Hope as it tours Hastings and St Leonards from 8am to 6pm, and then join the Finale event at The Stade from 6pm to 9pm. Visit our project page for more details:

This is an opportunity to share information about your work in an Open Mic slot, learn about a range of services that are delivered in Hastings, browse the Marketplace and network with a mixture of people from the voluntary, statutory and independent sectors.
