Local Leaders Forum

Leadership of small organisations has probably never been more challenging than at present. HVA have received requests to consider establishing a local leaders forum to bring together the Chief officers of organisations which:- - Are locally based - Have a turnover of below £1m - Employ staff - Are commissioned by or work in partnership with the public sector

As part of Small Charities Week HVA are responding by holding an exploratory meeting to discuss with local leaders the idea of a forum, what it could achieve and how it could best offer support and opportunities to share ideas in a “safe” “Peer led” forum. The meeting takes place at Jackson Hall at 2pm on 22 June and you can register by emailing steve@hvauk.org  Please use this email if you are unable to attend but would like to register your interest for follow up meetings or feed in your views.
