• Bill Neech, owner and Principle Consultant from Sands & Co will give a presentation sharing practical steps to establish, document, and review your organisation’s processes and workflows — what they are, why they matter, and how they drive consistency, efficiency, and better decision-making.
• Emily Wright, Business Manager from the Lets Do Business Group will give some examples of using AI.
Ahead of the 2026 Fat Tuesday celebrations in Hastings, we are holding an umbrella workshop! Come along and decorate your umbrella, guided by a professional artist from Radiator Arts, and bring it to the Preservation Sunday parade. It will be a vibrant session, full of colour, and all materials will be provided. Please bring your own umbrella, try charity shops for interesting and affordable examples. We will provide fruit, light snacks and tea and coffee throughout the session. This workshop is brought to you by the HVA Macmillan Cancer Champions project, that promotes conversations in our communities, and is open to all. Register below or email Yasmine: [email protected] to book your place. Look forward to seeing you there!
