We are looking for a Delivery Partner Manager to develop and manage AllChild’s partnership of voluntary and community organisations in Hastings, ensuring excellent quality specialist support which drives positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.

Key responsibilities
Management and development of Delivery Partner support

Manage the AllChild partnership and relationships with delivery partners to deliver high-quality specialist support in schools and community settings

Work with the Link Work Team to plan and schedule provision for children in line with school needs

Research, identify and onboard new partners who deliver impact led, evidence-based interventions

Lead on compliance, ensuring robust due diligence and safer recruitment processes are consistently applied and maintained.
Partnership quality assurance and impact

Manage and implement AllChild’s quality assurance framework with partners to ensure quality and consistency of delivery

Lead the collection and use of quantitative and qualitative impact data to drive continuous improvement and accountability across delivery partners.

Work with the AllChild’s Impact Team to review and analyse programme outcome measurements to understand how partners are driving improved outcomes

Support partners to deliver high-quality, impactful provision

Facilitate practice-sharing and networking opportunities to enhance partner capacity, quality of delivery, and alignment with programme standards.
Relationship management and stakeholder engagement

Lead and maintain the management of relationships with delivery partners, championing a collaborative approach that reflects AllChild’s values.

Ensure partners, local networks and community groups are kept informed and engaged through a blend of high-quality written communications and face-to-face engagement.

Develop and implement innovative approaches to identify, engage and secure new partners, networks and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and timely records of all stakeholder interactions, ensuring effective use of Salesforce to support relationship management and organisational insight.
Additional Responsibilities

Contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of out-of-school trips and visits, community events, and a directory of enrichment experiences and opportunities for children, young people and their families.

Design and deliver staff briefings and training for Link Workers and all programme staff as required, as well as learning and development opportunities for Delivery Partners.

Undertake a range of general administrative tasks to support the effective operation of the team and delivery of programmes.

Ensure delivery partners are onboarded in line with AllChild safeguarding policies, including clearly communicating safeguarding procedures, maintaining partner awareness of reporting processes, and escalating any safeguarding concerns relating to partners or practice to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) team.
