Financial Wellbeing Adviser (Seaview Partnership)
- Providing advice and casework on welfare benefits, debt, budgeting and financial capability.
- Supporting clients to maximise income through benefits, grants and other financial assistance.
- Helping people manage rent, household bills and debts to maintain stable housing.
- Carrying out holistic assessments and developing support plans.
- Working collaboratively with Seaview, housing providers and other local services.
- Advocating on behalf of clients and helping them access specialist support.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to high-quality service delivery.
- Has knowledge of welfare benefits, debt and financial inclusion.
- Has experience supporting vulnerable adults through advice, support or casework.
- Understands the challenges associated with homelessness, poverty and social exclusion.
- Can build trust and engage effectively with people who may be reluctant to access support.
- Has strong communication, organisational and advocacy skills.
- Is committed to delivering person-centred, non-judgemental support.
- 31 days annual leave including bank holidays (rising with service). Pro rata for part-time.
