Project Operational Lead – The Hope Farm Initiative

Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, this is a pivotal role bringing together our charitable programmes, our ambitious Dig for Victory heritage project and the development of new corporate partnerships and sustainable income streams.  We are looking for a collaborative, commercially aware leader who shares our commitment to community, nature and social impact and can help turn our long-term vision for Hands of Hope into a sustainable reality.
