This Network exists to give advice and support to adults and adolescents with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and their families and carers. We do this by:* assisting with connecting people with ADHD to sympathetic and knowledgeable services and professionals * offering ADHD Awareness Training to organisations such as probation, the police, social services, dentists and any others for whom contact with some with ADHD can provide a challenge. * offering support in Police interviews where an appropriate adult with ADHD knowledge is helpful * mailing information as required, to help sufferers of ADHD access the help they need and we assist in filling in Disability Benefit forms. * help in any and every other way possible within our limited finances!
We also now run a physical support group in Hastings every other Thursday at the Y Centre. Anyone affected by ADHD either a sufferer, a partner, a parent is welcome to attend.
