The Café Volunteer is a key part of the café and catering team providing great food and service at the heart of the Isabel Blackman Centre.

As a Listening Volunteer, you could help change the course of someone’s life simply by being there to listen when it matters most.

The Office of the Sussex Police & Crime Commissioner manages a team of dedicated volunteers who undertake vital duties for the Independent Custody Visiting Scheme. Unannounced visits are made by pairs of visitors to speak with people being held at the police station, ensuring that their rights, entitlements and welfare are being upheld.
