- To explore what is meant by equality and diversity.
- to be able to put into use 'inclusion' in support that is provided.
- how to reduce isolation and promote inclusion.

Costs: This is a FREE course for any delegate within the target audience group

Making Every Contact Count (MECC), this is a behavioural change technique which is now commonly used by health and social care staff during their day-to-day interactions or health appointments with individuals, although you don’t need to be in one of these roles to attend the training, it can be beneficial to anyone.
