Citizens Advice 1066 is a local charity, focused on providing free, confidential and independent advice to help people overcome their problems. We don’t just fix the immediate issues people arrive with, we work with them to address the underlying causes of these problems. We are a voice for people on the issues that matter to them. We are seeking to recruit two experienced admin officers to join our admin team, which provides vital support for our advisors, without which they would be unable to help people. These posts will include carrying out general office administration procedures such as mail, filing, photocopying and diary management, but also working directly with clients to support them in accessing the advice service. This means helping clients arriving via all channels: telephone, email, reception, and social media. This is an entry level position with potential for quick progression for the right candidate.
