HEALTH AND WELLBEING COACH
Salary £26,845 per annum FTE Pro rata 30 hours per week, all year round
This post is supported by Hastings and St. Leonards Primary Care Network –(Funded until March 2023/continuation funding confirmed)

FSN is seeking to appoint a Health and Wellbeing Coach with experience of working with adults/children with health conditions, to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to manage their own health and wellbeing. You will coach and motivate patients through multiple sessions to identify their needs, set goals and support them.
You will need a flexible approach to meet client’s needs, as well as being non-judgemental, and hold strong communication and negotiation skills.
All applicants must be able to manage their own work loads, have good administrative skills, as well as experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including health professionals
