Holistic Health Pilot Project

Hastings Voluntary Action is pleased to announce a new project  ‘Holistic Health'  is being piloted over the next 6 months.

The initial phase will be exploring with local young people aged 18 to 24 how they look after their wellbeing and what may be needed that can add value to existing services.  The project aims to enable young people to access a wide range of tools and resources that build resilience and support their overall wellbeing .  The project is also consulting and collaborating with local complementary practitioners to understand what is available and how the project can support young people to access a range of complementary activities . The project will deliver an event in collaboration with young people,  complementary practitioners, and young people’s services and projects, that will test the learning from this discovery phase and will include opportunities for young people to find out more about complementary therapies, learn from experienced practitioners and find new ways to build resilience and manage their own wellbeing in a safe and supported way.
