This group is initially being facilitated by The Hastings and St Leonards Men’s Health and Wellbeing Project and Mind in Brighton and Hove, Men’s Mental Health Project in Hastings.

Making Every Contact Count (MECC), this is a behavioural change technique which is now commonly used by health and social care staff during their day-to-day interactions or health appointments with individuals, although you don’t need to be in one of these roles to attend the training, it can be beneficial to anyone.
