This can be an emotional course and a willingness to share with others is important. It is not necessary to reveal personal issue the attendees must be willing to engage with exercises.

Making Every Contact Count (MECC), this is a behavioural change technique which is now commonly used by health and social care staff during their day-to-day interactions or health appointments with individuals, although you don’t need to be in one of these roles to attend the training, it can be beneficial to anyone.
