To mark His Majesty the King’s Coronation, thousands of organisations across the country are getting together to give people chance to help out in their own communities. Starting on Monday 8th May there will be opportunities for everyone to join in. No matter what you are good at, there’ll be something to suit helping hands of all shapes and sizes! Whether you’re an organisation that has an idea for an activity, or an individual who wants to find out what’s going on the local area, then visit The Big Help Out website for more info: https://thebighelpout.org.uk/

Mr Hastings & St Leonards and HVA are bringing the Baton of Hope to Hastings on September 23rd, 2025, as part of the National Baton of Hope tour and you have the opportunity to carry the Baton on the Hastings Leg of the tour. Baton Bearers carry the Baton as a symbol of hope, togetherness solidarity and a shared purpose, whether that’s in memory of someone lost to suicide, suicide survivors or anyone who is passionate about suicide prevention.
