Join men from across Hastings and St Leonards during Men’s Health Week 2023 for information, workshops, films, and presentations. This open access event will be promoted widely within the community. We are encouraging local groups and organsiations, who would like to deliver a workshop or host a stand, to register here.

During the day there will be many opportunites to:

Hear what local men are saying about living in Hastings and St Leonards and share your views and experiences.

Meet local men’s groups and organisations and promote your own projects.

Be part of shaping the future for men living in your community.

The Men's Health and Wellbeing Project is hosted by Hastings Voluntary Action and is funded for three years through East Sussex County Council Public Health.

It is based on the belief that men in Hastings and St Leonards will live happier, healthier, and longer lives if they are at the heart of decision making and live in strong, supportive, and well-connected communities, where they can fulfill their potential.
