Tribe Volunteering Platform demonstration

The Tribe team will be providing 1-1 help with onboarding, demonstrating the system for your organisation; showcasing the online app and website functionality and sharing the benefits for volunteer organisations using Tribe.

Tribe will be at HVA on 21st September giving demonstrations of the online volunteering platform. If you want a 1-1 with the team, or would like to meet them to find out more about the Tribe platform, then register to attend so we know how many to expect. YOU DO NOT NEED TO ATTEND FOR THE FULL THREE HOURS.

About Tribe

Tribe is an app and online platform, which connects volunteers and organisations to communities and people who need support.

For voluntary organisations, Tribe can help you manage & schedule voluntary tasks and find new local volunteers too.

The Tribe Project is working in collaboration with East Sussex County Council on a volunteering initiative aimed at enhancing community engagement and fostering social growth across East Sussex.

Come and hear about the work of the Hastings & St Leonards Cultural Connections Group with a presentation from Mandy Curtis, the current Chair of the Group. Take the opportunity to network with other local organisations in the Arts & Culture arena who will have stalls in the Marketplace. Culture plays a vital role in building strong communities, fostering social inclusion and empowering residents and the cultural landscape of Hastings & St Leonards encompasses various organisations, events and initiatives that contribute to the area's vibrant culture scene.

MECC (Making Every Contact Count) is a practical introduction to the skills in talking to people about the issues they are concerned about or the changes they are seeking to make. It is all about supporting people to identify and access the things that could help them. So if your work brings you into frequent contact with people and you want to improve the likelihood of making a real difference this training could be for you. A light lunch will be provided.
