HVA are joining forces with other local organisations to host a volunteering information stand in Hastings Town Centre during Volunteers' Week. There will also be an event / activities in our Town Centre venue, Central Hall, at the same time, including seed bomb making, calligraphy, weaving, collaborative art and more. Includes free refreshments.

Completion of this course will enable you to:
• Understand the role and responsibilities of a First Aider
• Be able to assess an incident
• Be able to provide first aid to an unresponsive casualty
• Be able to provide first aid to a casualty that is choking
• Be able to provide first aid to a casualty with external bleeding
• Know how to provide first aid to a casualty that is in shock
• Know how to provide first aid to a casualty with minor injuries
Please note: There is a £50 charge for this course.
