In 2019 the Hastings Community Network held a Social Prescribing event looking at the following questions:
How can we help people connect with resources in the community?
How can we ensure that those who need it get the right information and support?
How can the health impacts of this approach be captured?
We heard from over 80 local organisations that they were keen to implement Social Prescribing in their organisations. We are now revisiting Social Prescribing to learn about the progress made since 2019. If you would like to learn more about Social Prescribing and how to implement it in your organisation and where to access resources and staff training to do so, register for a place at this popular event.
