HCN Arts & Creative Communities Event

The level of arts community involvement in local decision-making varies, but there's growing recognition of the important role culture plays in community development and decision-making processes. Local authorities are increasingly developing cultural strategies that actively involve the community in decision-making and planning. Creative thinking in crisis: how are the arts surviving? How much are you involved in decision making? How are you making events affordable? Come and share experiences, tools and tips.
