Find A Group - Counselling Plus Community

Counselling Plus Community is a charity offering one-to-one counselling on a wide range of issues including depression, relationship breakdown, sexuality, loss, stress and any issue which causes mental or emotional distress. Our aim is to promote emotional well-being. We also run groups for anger management etc. We offer specialist counselling for those who have suffered rape or sexual assault.
Our counselling service offers affordable counselling sessions. We positively welcome people from minority groups. We also see people at Bexhill and Rye.
We also offer a range of CPD training for professionals.
