To provide a free, independent, impartial and confidential service to help people in dispute with others. To encourage communication and understanding between people, thus reducing discrimination and promoting equal opportunities. We act as a path of communication, helping people to focus on the future in a positive way. Types of mediation undertaken: Neighbourhood, Intergenerational (between young people and parents). We also offer training in mediation to volunteers and outside agencies. Also undertake Family Mediation (Divorce and Separation). Clients charged at LSC approved rates, unless publicly funded (Legal Aid), Conflict Coaching and Workplace Mediation. Clients seen in confidential environment.
