Description
Our aim is to raise women’s self-confidence and self-awareness so they can build on their strengths and work on their weakness to be the best they can be for themselves, their families and the community.
We do this by uniting women from all backgrounds to build a solid foundation of support via a social group/ Peer buddy system. We give them the tools they need to build themselves via education and inclusion activities which will benefit both their physical and mental wellbeing.
We work in a deprived area of Hastings and St. Leonards with some of those from disadvantaged backgrounds,
some may have domestic abuse and/or substance abuse history.
However, all women are welcome to come and celebrate not what they do but who they are and unleash their awesomeness.
