Description
Optivo housing association providing affordable housing, and was formed in 2017. We are the main provider of rented housing in Hastings and Rother - with around 8,000 homes in the area. 1,000 of these offer independent retirement housing in safe, friendly sheltered housing schemes. We reinvest all the rent we receive from our tenants back into neighbourhood services. We work closely with residents and community groups and provide many community projects and activities.
