To promote positive mental health by participating in outdoor activities.
To participate in projects within the community such as community gardening, woodland maintenance, wellbeing walk, foraging walks, To secure funds via grants donations and fundraising to improve the services of the group To campaign for improving mental health services in the community
To provide a safe, supporting, and welcoming group #Do not pressure group members to participate in any activity or promotion they feel unable to participate in
Encourage and promote achievement, participation, and group leadership with all members of the group
we currently run various sessions
Monday - build a hidden eden sensory garden
Wednesday - community gardening
Friday- forage for knowledge © wildlife and wellbeing walks
1st and last Sunday - Men only mental health night walk
