Find A Group - The Pearce Foundation

The Pearce Foundation provides financial & in-kind support to small, fledgling charities and not-for-profit organisations in Sussex. Capacity building grants to the value of £2,000 are awarded to help fund bespoke training and 1-2-1 support. We adopt a coaching approach where Charity Partners benefit from support in refining processes, setting goals, creating action plans, receiving accountability check-ins and connecting with other Charity Partners for peer support working groups. Applying organisations need to operate in Sussex, have been operating for two years or less and with an income of £50,000 or less.
