Hastings and Rother Mediation Service (HRMS) is a small charity providing neighbourhood, intergenerational and family mediation across Hastings and Rother. We are currently recruiting for a casework coordinator to join our friendly team, delivering our Family Mediation Programme.
Hours: 25-30 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 per annum, pro rata
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, with possible extension
Location: Based in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex
The role will involve working independently and in a team with a focus on providing an efficient and professional family mediation service, managing family mediation cases, supporting clients and family mediators, and maintaining accurate records and returns for the Legal Aid Agency. Experience of mediation is not essential as full training will be given but the ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills and previous experience of using databases to manage client information.
They will be willing to work flexibly with occasional attendance of out-of-hours meetings and events and will be committed to the aims and values of the organisation.
A DBS check will be required for this post.
