RVA are seeking an inspirational leader with a passion for voluntary and community action:
• having the business acumen to oversee and grow our position as the lead agency providing effective and innovative infrastructure support and volunteering services in Rother
• capable of working closely with the Board of Trustees to develop the organisation’s strategy, resources and services
• adept at building, maintaining, developing and establishing highly credible relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and members across a range of sectors
• skilled in providing good leadership to create and foster a beneficial working environment for all RVA employees and volunteers.
