The East Sussex STAR Service delivers an integrated, accessible, high quality and comprehensive substance treatment system, alongside other sub-contractors and other partners, that promotes recovery, resilience, and self-determination.  
The service is user-focused and aspirational in its work with service users, their families and carers to enable them to achieve their identified goals in and attain the highest quality of life possible, social reintegration and sustained recovery from problematic substance use.
After successfully re-tendering for the service and a restructure, we are looking for an experienced leader to join our team. Based in the seaside town of Hastings, the Locality Lead will be responsible for services across the east of the county including our rural provision. The role is a fantastic opportunity to really influence the future of provision in the area.
