Join our project Coordinator and team of volunteers to help prevent the revolving door of homelessness and make a real difference to vulnerable people’s lives!
We are seeking an innovative, empathetic, and dynamic, community-based support worker to help support people facing homelessness in the local area. Support will include everything from financial inclusion, helping individuals manage substance misuse difficulties or emotional and physical ill health and all aspects of tenancy sustainment. You’ll need to be hands on and good at working alongside other agencies to achieve the best outcomes. You’ll lead on supporting those individuals with the most complex needs, providing shorter-term intensive support until each individual increases in confidence and stability and is ‘stepped down’ to work 1:1 with one of our wonderful volunteers.
35 hours per week / Salary: £30,015
