For over 25 years Oasis Project (Oasis) has been delivering services for women with drug and alcohol problems and children affected by drug use in the family. We are an innovative organisation aiming to empower women affected by substance misuse. We give help and hope to women and children affected by drug and alcohol problems. Our employees demonstrate understanding of the complex issues facing women substance misusers in order to help empower them to make choices that lead to change.
We are recruiting for the following post:
Clinical Supervisor (Female*)
£50-75 per hour
Self-employed sessional basis, 1.5-2 hours monthly (in-person) [Hastings based]

What you will do:
Oasis Project is recruiting for an experienced clinical supervisor to provide therapeutic monthly group supervision to a team of frontline practitioners working across East Sussex. The team are highly motivated, compassionate individuals working within a trauma-informed environment. The staff work across various projects supporting women with drug and alcohol problems, and women involved in sex work. Clinical supervision is a vital support for navigating the complexities of client work and upholding Oasis Project’s commitment to promoting good staff well-being.
You will be:
• UKCP/BACP registered clinical supervisor
• Willing to comply with all Oasis Project policies and procedures, including safeguarding and child protection
• Up-to-date adult and child safeguarding training
• Able to manage confidentiality
• Able to communicate and work effectively with supervisers and senior management
• Willing to understand and commit to Oasis Project’s vision and values
