The Role
HEART is looking for a reliable and organised manager who oversees the service and supports the staff, volunteers and partners in our busy Community Info Hub based in Hastings Town Hall.
The role is essential to maintaining the quality and standards of our service and systems, contributing to its development and adapting to the needs of our beneficiaries. It is both an administrative and client focussed role that requires strong inter-personal skills and professional boundaries plus digital know-how.

Who we are
HEART (Hastings Emergency Action Team) believes in Strength in Community.
Born as a response to the pandemic we are a team of staff and volunteers that do tasks out in the community like delivering emergency food parcels or taking people to doctors’ appointments; and we run a Community Info Hub where we bring together vital services, support and practical help.
Our staff and volunteers come from all walks of life with one common passion - the Hastings Community.
