East Sussex Recovery Alliance is a peer led recovery project working with those in recovery from substance misuse and their families.
An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic self-motivated person to join ESRA. You will need to be enthusiastic and passionate about supporting volunteers who are in recovery from substance misuse. You will need to be organised, a good communicator and be able to use your initiative.
Experience of managing volunteers and an interest in health and well -being are essential as part of the role will be developing a recovery café in the Hastings building.
The post will be based in Hastings but the successful candidate may be asked to travel across county.
HVA are recruiting for this post on behalf of ESRA. This is a part-time post, 21 hours a week on Monday, Thursday and Friday. The contract will be initially for 6 months with a possibility of extension depending on funding.
Salary: NJC pay scale point 32 (currently £28,485 per annum £11,507 pro rata) + match pension contribution up to 7%.
