The Employment Advisor provides the vital link between workless residents and the work and training opportunities available to them through Groundwork South’s Greener Futures Employment, Skills and Training programmes. Groundwork’s employment programmes work with 16-18 year old as well as adults.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Employment Adviser to engage clients in Groundwork’s employment programme and to assist them in accessing employment and training. The Employment Adviser will be working with individuals who may face multiple barriers or lack motivation and will need to develop their confidence and belief in the benefits of a working life, and in further education and training.
Salary: £12,250 a year
