Employment Support Advisor
Full Time: 37 hours per week

Based in Hastings with travel expected across East Sussex
Salary £20,494 - £23,080 p/a dependant on experience
The successful candidate will have experience of delivering client-facing services and of working with unemployed, disadvantaged community members, to help them move into employment, training or education. You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the issues faced by older workers when attempting to re-enter the labour market, and will be able to work with clients to overcome these barriers and move into a positive outcome. You will also need to produce paperwork to the standard required by ESF and Big Lottery funded projects, demonstrate strong organisational skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a cross-county team.

Travel will be required for this role, so the use of a car and a clean driving licence is essential.
