Care for the Carers is developing new and existing services to support unpaid carers in East Sussex.
The Head of Services will lead and develop our direct services, with particular emphasis on project management, quality assurance and safeguarding. The successful applicant will provide effective leadership to the Carer Support Team, be a skilled strategic manager with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills and an aptitude for data analysis, monitoring and evaluation.

The Head of Communities will lead and develop our work with communities, with particular emphasis on strategic leadership, building our engagement with diverse communities, establishing new satellite carers centres, increasing community awareness of caring and speaking up with and for carers.
The successful applicant will be a skilled manager with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, bringing expertise in engagement, representation, community development, monitoring and evaluation. Both roles will be members of the Senior Management Team.
Head of Services and Head of Communities
30 to 37 hours per week
Salary: £38,890 per annum, based on 37 hours per week
Contract term: Permanent
Office based/and or remote working.
