Salary: £25,000 per annum pro-rata (actual £15,000)
The Information and Signposting Advisor provides information to the public, signposts to services and offers non-clinical advice. Feedback on health and social care is received from the public by website, telephone and social media, then collated on a database and reported to commissioners to inform service design and planning.
This interesting and varied role is supported by a small team of colleagues with a wide range of expertise.
